Hey guys, Jordan here once again, first of all if you could please check out "Alien Ball 2: Holiday" which is available on the iOS app store right now.Second of all I am going to give you an update on Casey Games.First, of all this isn't any games at the moment, well it kind of is.For the next while we will be focusing 100% on Web.What that means is that I'm announcing a new, more professional website for the Company, also we are busy coding a Alien Ball Google Chrome app, and you might have heard this on our Facebook page, a Facebook App.And yeah, so expect updates soon, we are going to start work soon, also a sneak peek of what games we are working on:

Alien Ball 2 released!

Hey guys, Jordan here sorry for the rush.Just thought I'd let you know Alien Ball 2 has been releaed and has a nunber of new features including Game Center, now that the original is free if you wouldn't mind buying the app fir juat 79c this will allow you to get all the updates for free.It's now availabe on the app store.Thanks and don't forget to watch me on Ireland AM at half eight.

New Language

Hey guys, Jordan here, it's been a few months since I've learned a new language, so today, I'm going to...Learn a new language, C++.I figure if I actually want to do some game development I need to learn C++ a lot of SDKs are written in it, such as Xbox, and thats my main goal.Just wanted to put it out there. C++ for the win!!

Hey guys, Jordan here.Back with some news, first of all shoutout to the USA because in the past 2 Days Alien Ball has reached the American charts (YAY) Another thing is this week I will be doing a lot of things.
1.Catch me on Ireland AM this Tuesday morning
2.I will be giving a presentation at 'The Waterford Festival Of learning 2012' at 4pm at the Youth Service Centre on Thursday
3.Saturday next I will be at the Waterford Coder Dojo giving a speech on App Development, I won't be exactly learning code but I will be looking at all the different ways of making an app.So, look out for me this week!Also, once again if all goes to plan Alien Ball Seasons will be out-Jordan

Hey guys, Jordan here.Back with some news, good news.If you enjoy Free apps well I have some good news for you.From now (20th March 2012) to 31st March 2012 "Alien Ball VS Humans"
will be free.So, now that it's free I ask one favor, please DOWNLOAD IT! Also, an update on the Solas centre, sales from month 1 have come in and I've decided instead of just giving Solas 10% a month I have just decided to give all the sales from February to Solas, this calculated up to about €150! So, yeah sales haven't been doing well this month & I figured that was the fact that the game had a price, so I thought I would just make it free until the end of the month & now that it's free it would be so cool to see it get to #1 on the Free apps charts, so please help spread the word & lets see if we can do this thing! Alien Ball 2 Postponed

Hey guys, Jordan here.Sadly, back today with some bad news.Unfortunately, Alien Ball 2 was rejected by Apple.Apparently a "bad user interface"and so it has been rejected.So, I will take it back, make a few finishing touches and re-submit it.Probably next week.Anyway, sorry about that -Jordan

New Website Project, Festival of learning, Alien Ball 2 & Coder Dojo

Hey guys, Jordan here back with some news.First of all if all goes to plan "Alien Ball 2" will be out on Friday.Some other news is I'm starting a new website.For the time being its confidential but over time I will reveal more.I hope to launch it in the coming weeks.Another thing is, we are teaming up with Drivingkids.com  the educational kids virtual world to bring you an unreal app based of the game, FOR FREE.This hasn't started being worked on yet, but concepts are finished.Also some more news is that at the end of the month I will be giving a presentation on my story at the 2012 "Waterford Festival Of Learning" and then a couple days later "The Waterford Coder Dojo" will be opening up and I might be giving a presentation on app development.Also, Tuesday week this time I will definitely be on "Ireland AM" sorry for the mixup last time.So, yeah thats the news & yeah if I don't post before Saturday "Happy Paddys Day!|

NO JUMP! cancelled and why

Hey guys Jordan here back with an update.I am sad to announce that NO JUMP has been cancelled.Like, the development is going great but the problem is, it's boring.Yeah it just seems like a very boring game.That's why I am cancelling the project.Why work for 3 months on a project that I know people will not like it.So yeah guys sorry-Jordan (I will upload a gameplay video soon showing you how boring it is)

Hey guys, Jordan here back with an update with my recently announced game: "NO JUMP!" I've been doing a lot of tests with mac and iphone and I have some bad news..It will not be available on iPhone (iOS) the controls I had planned for the game just don't seem to work whatever way I try them.But don't worry, I promise you I will make tons of games for iOS, most likely a lot more then games I make for the Mac.Once again I'm really really sorry.

Announcing: "Alien Ball: NO JUMP!"

Hey guys, Jordan here.Announcing Casey Games latest project.I haven't started it yet and don't tend to for another couple of weeks.I plan at max an August 2012 release.I'm calling this project "Alien Ball:NO JUMP!" Which will be on iOS AND Mac, I promise a mac release this time round.So, for iOS it will be once again a tilt control tap to fire, it will be in landscape and basically this time Alien Ball will have a hand & a piston.Out of the frame Humans will spawn also with guns and will fire.The basic thing is you can't jump over the Humans.It's either kill them or lose a life & eventually die.What do you guys think of this concept.What price should it be? Would you download it?

Progress

Hey guys Jordan here back with another update.Just ready to take that break but first I would like to give you an update on Alien Ball 2.I am happy to say that the project is complete.I am having a tiny problem with distribution but I think the problem could be solved, also the Alien Ball 2.00 update has been cut back by a couple of days, but that will be sent back again soon.
Anyway just thought I would give you an update on how it is going.Also, I will update you when the game is submitted & I will make a promo and trailer and a widget.Anyway that's it for now, hopefully talk to you tomorrow -Jordan

Taking A Break

Hey guys, Jordan here.Back again with some news.Recently I have been working non stop on this and that & I finally decided it's time to take a break from coding, I thought I could just relax for a while.Because, I've been working non stop on games and trying to gett them out and the website and stuff like that.Because of this & exhaustion I was sick :(.So, I'm gonna take a break from Casey Games for about 1 1/2 weeks.Don't worry though, Alien Ball 2 is coming, I'll probably just work on it non stop for a few days after the break.Anyway bye-Jordan

Alien Ball VS Humans Version:2.0 submitted for the iPhone App Store

Hey guys, Jordan here back with some Alien Ball NEWS.I've submitted version 2.0 to the App Store, also going back to my other post saying the Alien Ball Holidays was coming to Mac first, I've made a slight change to that and now it will be on iOS first.Once again, hopefully released for Easter, anyway here is what the update contains

• 5 New Levels and a new boss
• Game Center enabled
• Boss Humans are stronger
• Bug Fixes

And that's it.Now to begin developing Alien Ball 2, also a mac version -Jordan

Hey guys, Jordan here back with an update.Just letting you know about the Alien Ball Sequel, which is coming to Mac and iOS hopefully in the coming weeks, the project has been started, not the coding but the graphics and music are complete.Expect the game to first be released on the Mac, considering this is my first Mac game.About a week later expect the iOS version.I am going to release the theme music very soon, So there's an update.So, I've coded a little navbar here.I am going to do these from now on after each post.
